Introduction
Hello and welcome! I’m Katie! As long as I can remember, I’ve always loved shopping, snagging a deal and passing that fun find along to friends. My friends used to laugh at me when they’d give me a compliment for something and I’d immediately reply, “I got it on sale!” and then tell them where to find it. ;) Being able to share things that make me happy, makes me extra happy.
For 13 years I worked as a TV news Anchor/Reporter where pretty dresses and high fashion mattered on screen every day. I recently traded in my stilettos and 3am alarm clock for mostly loungewear and more quality time with my family. One of my biggest passions is photography, and capturing sweet moments with my camera. This fall I will be launching my newborn and family photography business. I’ve been photographing new babies and precious families for several years now, but I’m looking forward to being able to dedicate much more of my time to what I love to do. This will be a wonderful space to share wardrobe ideas for family photos during each season. Sometimes coordinating outfits for family photos is a struggle, and I’d love to be able to take that off your to do list. I do still like to dress up for girls trips and date nights, so affordable fashion is something I’m always on the lookout for. I have two children, Ava (5) and Cole (2) and love sharing parenthood products, clothing, toys and gift ideas. We are currently building our forever home on a little over an acre in the suburbs of Atlanta. I’m excited to start sharing more furniture, home decor and selections with you. We didn’t know much about custom home building when we started, but we have learned a lot and it’s been a bit of a roller coaster ride. We should be moved in sometime in early 2022 and I can’t wait to show you more as it comes to life.
